Kairos relies on a deliberately small number of providers. Each one accesses only the data strictly necessary for its function and is bound by confidentiality commitments.

This list applies to the service reachable from kairosintelligence.ca, whose infrastructure is hosted in Quebec.

A reminder of the founding principle: detection of personal data in your prompts runs entirely in your browser. No sub-processor listed below receives the content of your prompts for that analysis — see the privacy policy.

Current sub-processors

OVHcloud

  • Role: hosting of the application server, the database, uploaded files and encrypted backups.
  • Processing location: Beauharnois (Quebec, Canada).
  • Library or prompt content: yes, limited to its role above.

Mistral AI

  • Role: optimization of a prompt template from your library, only when you click "Improve".
  • Processing location: European Union.
  • Library or prompt content: yes, limited to its role above.

Resend

  • Role: sending transactional emails (verification, security).
  • Processing location: United States.
  • Library or prompt content: no.

Stripe

  • Role: payment processing, where billing is enabled.
  • Processing location: United States.
  • Library or prompt content: no.

Google

  • Role: authentication, only if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
  • Processing location: United States.
  • Library or prompt content: no.

ImprovMX

  • Role: routing of inbound mail addressed to our aliases, including your rights requests.
  • Processing location: United States.
  • Library or prompt content: no.

Microsoft

  • Role: hosting of the mailbox that inbound mail is forwarded to.
  • Processing location: United States.
  • Library or prompt content: no.

Hugging Face

  • Role: distribution of the PII detection model downloaded once by the extension; no prompt content passes through it.
  • Processing location: United States.
  • Library or prompt content: no.

Changes to this list

We inform client agencies of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor before it goes live, so that they may object where appropriate. To be notified of changes, write to confidentialite@kairosintelligence.ca.
